Recently Sold
This is a sell I made recently. It was closed on 05/14/2025. I offered the purchase price they desired because as soon as the buyer and I did the showing I could tell it would need seller credits. I got my buyer $15,000 in seller credits, that covered almost all of my buyers closing costs. She brought less than $2,000 to closing (only losing costs, does not include downpayment brought to table). I loved this transaction as it was an incredible opportunity to learn new things and meet more people!
